Disuatu tempat, Organisasi yang bernama Akatsuki bertujuan untuk mengambil Kyuubi dari dalam tubuh Naruto mereka sudah mendapatkan ke-7 Bijuu dari masing-masing Negara. Akhirnya semua anggota Akatsuki menyerang Konohagakure. Semua Shinobi Konoha pun ikut bertempur melawan Akatsuki, termasuk teman-temannya dan juga Naruto. Disaat pertempurannya muncullah Pria bertopeng yaitu Tobi, Tobi mengeluarkan doujutsu yang selama ini dianggap bahaya yaitu Tsukiyomi. Keadaan pun berubah total pada saat itu.
